HELPING TO KEEP OUR K-9s SAFE
Thank you for helping our "Cover Your K-9" Program provide:
~ more than 102 custom-fit bullet-proof vests to protect patrol dogs,
~ an intensive K-9 Emergency Medicine Course and
130 K-9 Trauma Kits to help K-9 officers
care for their dogs in case of an emergency,
~ 16 heat sensors to keep K-9s safe from heat in their patrol cars
~ urgent care for 5 retired K-9s.
 
We look forward to working with communities
to help keep more of our K-9 teams safe while on the job in 2012.

The Police and Working K-9 Foundation is working with
Pet Food Express and local communities in California
to help provide customized bullet-proof vests, heat alarms for patrol cars,
K-9 first aid kits and other specialized equipment to
keep our hardworking police dogs protected while they are at work protecting us.

We also have a special medical fund to provide emergency medical care
for retired K-9s who have served as all so well.

 Your donation will make a difference by helping to keep our K-9s protected
while they are hard at work keeping our communities safe and
provide care for them in emergencies during their retirement.
